Catbuild 360 is operated by Catbuild Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Catbuild 360", "we", "us", "our"), registered in India with its office at No.3A, 2nd Floor, Nallaya Complex, Shivaji Nagar, Thanjavur – 613001, Tamil Nadu. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from businesses and individuals who use our construction management platform, and how we use it, in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, work email, phone number, company name, and GST/billing details when you sign up or manage a subscription — along with the project, procurement, workforce, and finance data your company enters while using the platform. We also collect usage data (pages visited, actions taken, device and browser information) and, where you enable it, GPS location captured during staff attendance check-in and site photo uploads.

We use this information to provide and maintain the platform, authenticate your account, process subscription payments, send transactional emails (OTPs, invoices, notifications you've opted into), respond to support requests, and improve the product. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell personal data to third parties.

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and sensitive secrets are encrypted at rest. Access to customer data within our team is restricted to what's needed to operate and support the platform. Each company's data is logically isolated from every other company's on our multi-tenant infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we work to follow current industry security practices as our platform and team grow.

We share the minimum information necessary with service providers who help us run Catbuild 360: our payment gateway (Razorpay) to process subscription payments, and our email service provider to send OTPs, invites, and account notifications. These providers are only permitted to use your information to deliver the service we've engaged them for. We may also disclose information if required by Indian law, court order, or a competent government authority.

We retain your account and business data for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you wish to reactivate or as required for accounting and legal record-keeping. You may request deletion of your company's data at any time by contacting us at support@catbuild360.com; we'll confirm the scope and timeline for that request in writing.

You can access, correct, or update your account information directly within the platform, or by writing to us. You may also ask us what personal information we hold about you and request its deletion, subject to our legal and accounting retention obligations.

Catbuild 360 is a business tool intended for use by adults acting on behalf of a construction company, its clients, vendors, or engineering staff. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, individuals under 18 years of age.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our platform evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify account administrators by email.
