Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you, acting on behalf of your construction business ("Customer", "you"), and Catbuild Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Catbuild 360", "we", "us"), a company registered in India with its office at No.3A, 2nd Floor, Nallaya Complex, Shivaji Nagar, Thanjavur – 613001, Tamil Nadu. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Catbuild 360 is intended for use by registered businesses — contractors, developers, and their clients, vendors, and engineering staff — not individual consumers. You must be authorized to act on behalf of your organization to create a company account, and you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You agree to use Catbuild 360 only for lawful purposes connected to managing your construction business, and in accordance with these Terms. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, resell access without our written consent, or use the service to upload content that infringes on another party's rights or violates applicable Indian law.

Subscription fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR), billed in advance per your chosen plan and billing cycle, plus GST at the applicable rate. Payments are processed through our payment partner, Razorpay. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled beforehand from your account settings. Fees already paid are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We'll give you at least 30 days' written notice before any pricing change takes effect on your next renewal.

You and your company retain full ownership of the project, procurement, workforce, and financial data you enter into Catbuild 360. We do not claim any ownership over your business data, and we only access it to operate the platform, provide support, or as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your core data at any time from within the platform.

The Catbuild 360 platform — its software, design, branding, and underlying technology — is owned by Catbuild Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your business; they do not transfer any ownership of our software or brand to you.

You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or has an unresolved overdue payment, after giving reasonable notice where practicable.

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Catbuild 360 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu.
